How do I put captions on my photos on my Windows XP? There
used to be a little icon on the bottom of the screen to
put captions in my digital photos, and the icon
disappeared (I don't know why) and now I don't know how to
add captions anymore. I called Microsoft and spoke to a
woman in India (Indian women are a lot cheaper to hire
than Americans) and she told me that I've used help from
them once already, and if I want them to answer another
question I'll have to pay them $35. (You'd think that with
what they charge us, they could afford to pay an American.)
Anyone know how to help me add a caption? Thanks!
