caps lock key unlockwith shift-key?

who can tell me how to change the unlock-function of "caps-
lock" from hitting caps lock again to the shift key. i am
working on a one-week-old toshiba tecra s1 notebook. i
found the solution a few days ago accidentally, but i can
not remember where it was ...
i have to write a long text tonight and it is a horror to
use this for me unusuall setting.
if there is anyone who can help me ...

The setting you are looking for is under Control Panel>Regional and Language
Options, select the Language tab and click the Details button, then click
the Key Settings button under the Settings tab and change it there.
