can't watch my digital movies in windows media player.

i have an olympus camedia c-350 zoom digi cam. when i take a 15 second movie and download it on to my pc it goes straight on as a quicktime file. when i try to watch these in windows media it says it doesn't support it. i would also like to edit and play these movies in windows movie maker but it doesn't work niether.
please help

You will need to convert the Quick Time file (.MOV file) to a .WMV file in
order to view it and edit it.
A variety of software available to do this, you can check one here:

thanks very much. i read another response of yours earlier to a similar question. i downloaded Bink and Smacker ( rad video tools). i converted them to avi files. this seems to have worked. is this right? cheers for the reply.
