Can't view thumbnails Microsoft Picture and Fax Viewer on IBM Thin

I don't know how but I used to have the Picture Studio installed on ym computer and I can't use the preview option in my folders which had the Picture Fax viewer, thinggy. I can't find the program, IBM is no help how can I get it back without reverting to the factory contents and losing everything on my hardrive :(

thank you I can now view the thumbnails.

However, i recently updated my BIOS how on earth did the Microsoft Picture Studio and the Microsoft Picture Viewer disappear? How can I make them reappear :(
