Can't use Word after formatting my computer

I bought my computer loaded with Word but have had to format my hard drive.
After reloading the drive Word wants a product key which I can only find on
the authentication key sticker on the side of my case. It refuses to accept
it saying it is not the proper key. I have tried this so many times my
fingers are numb. Help
 
If you read that sticker you'll see it's for Windows, not Word. The product
key it wants is on an orange/yellow sticker on the CD case.
