when I try to use the microsoft support site to solve a
problem, the web pages don't load to my pc correctly. I
get 'DONE, BUT WITH ERRORS' messages. When I try to
search the knowledge base--nothing happens. Other web
sites work just fine. Do I have to spend $35 bucks to
find out why my ms product (win98,ie6.0) can't be used on
the ms support site? Is there somewhere else I should
look to help with this problem? thx
