Cant use conditional formatting

Hi Just wondering if anyone can help. I wish to use conditional formatting on
a worksheet but cant select it because it is grey. The sheet is not
protected? Anyone know why I cant select it please?

If the workbook is shared under Tools>Share Workbook, CF will be
unavailable.

Hi,

The most common problem - you are in Edit mode. Solution - press Esc.

Of course protection could be on, but I figured you would know if it was.
