Can't upload files

I cannot upload files to my website. I have tried to do a system restore but
my computer won't allow that either.

You need to provide more information. What happens when you try? Error
messages? Did it ever work? What applications are involved? How are you
trying to do this? What browser are you using, what is the ISP and where is
the web site. Review the below listed link on how to make a good newsgroup

I have tried to upload jpeg files and also pdf files. The website tells
me
the jpeg files the files are not valid and for the pdf's it just says i t
failed. I have tried many
-different restore points and they all say theare invalid
