Can't update vista 64

INstale el Vista en mi Portatil Turin 64, pero el de 32 bits ya que el de 64
no mas no se instalaba, ahora trato de instalarlo y se traba me deja una
pantalla de DOS y si la cieero se reinicia, a alguien le sucedio lo mismo
