Can't unistall Kazaa lite ++!!!!!!!!

Hey everyone,
I'm trying to unistall kazaa lite ++ but I keep getting a message saying the program is currently open or running.

Any info is a big help!
 
Try task mgr, and ending there, or, Start>Run> msconfig Startup tab,
uncheck from starting, OK, reboot, and then try uninstalling...

Try removing in Safe Mode:
Start/Restart your computer and start pushing F8 key twice per
second. Select Safe Mode on Windows Advanced Options screen, and push
Enter.

Also, you may want to follow up with a spyware scan:

do you have kazaa installed ?
