Can't uninstall program

It seems I've messed up how some programs are uninstalled. Per instructions on broderbund.com's website to manually remove The Print Shop 12 from my PC, it seems I've deleted a necessary component for uninstalling programs. I was just attempting to uninstall a program and got the following error: Error loading C:\PROGRA~1\INSTAL~1\engine\6\INTEL3~1\ctor.dll. The specified module could not be found. Is there any workaround?
