Can't uninstall a game

I installed and im tryin to delete it, but when I go into add and remove
programs and remove it, it dosn't get removed, any ideas, cause i have no clue
 
shut off your computer,pump the F8 key at start-up,select safe mode,go in as
administrator,add/remove remove it from here then boot into normal windows.
