Can't unblock .zip

I try to unzip a zip file my friend sent me through e-mail
and Windows say it is blocked. It says to unblock it by
right clicking and clicking properties. I have seen the
Unblock dialog before, but it's not there! I am on an
administrator account.. how can I unblock this Zip file to
unzip it?

Hi

Install a 3rd party ZIP manager and see if that helps, a couple
of free ones listed below.


ZipGenius (freeware)
