cant turn images on in IE

using a mates computer and need to turn on images
badly.thing is it's in chinese and can't understand it.
need some directions when i get into advanced options.
like how many down that option is?
Tried changeing the 'ch' to 'EN' in the bottom right
before anyone asks,

Advanced Tab:
2 checkboxes above the printer icon thats along the left
edge. I would show you what it looks like in Chinese, but
I cannot insert the Chinese charaters here. Search a
English to Chinese dictionary for the word "picture"
or "image".
