Can't start word

Hi there,

I encounter problem if I try to open word. It pops up the "Problem with
shortcut" window. "The installation source for this product is not available.
Verify that the source exists and that you can access it" error comes up.
Can anyone help?

If it's a shortcut, delete it and make a new shortcut.
