Can't start winlogon in Window 2000

As i want to join the domain, it failed because the winlogon services can't
start up ...

Why the computer can't start up the winlogon services that make it can't
join the domain?

The Event Log reported that the winlogon can't start up due to the error
3095

Take a look at www.eventid.net for more info. Is that the only error
message?
