can't start in safe mode

I own winxp sp2 with the latest updates, my problem is I can't start windows
in safe mode or any advanced options,when I send win to safe mode it reads
all the necessary files and directories but then shuts down and BIOS start
again.

You posted this issue an hour ago under a different heading. Be patient
and keep all responses in one thread, otherwise it makes it very hard to
follow what has been suggested and tried.
 
I'm sorry if I make it difficult, an hour ago I wasn't able to get to advance
startup options, but now that I can get to the advanced startup options menu
I can't use them, unless I try last good configuration or normal startup,
safe mode can't start,like I said before i send windows to safemode but after
reading the files and directories shuts down and BIOS starts again. thanks.
