cant set up email

can anyone help me please with setting up windows mail. My POP3 keeps coming
back as an error. Can not send or receive any email
Does anyone have a vista help phone line

Hi Herb, we would need a little more information from you to be able to help
you.

1) Any error messages: Please copy and paste them IN FULL to your reply to
this thread.
2) The name of you ISP and or your mail provider.
 
setup your WM according to the requirements of your ISP.
