Cant sent email

I cant send an email to a specific address. I know this person gets email
because I send email through aol. Why can't I send through outlook. Is it
blocked? Outlook tells me:The following recipient(s) could not be reached:
550 <email address> no such user here. Can anyone help me with this problem.

This is a message from the server of the domain receiving the message. It's
a problem on the recipient's end.
