can't sent email

The message could not be sent. The authentication setting might not be

"I'm having problems sending e-mail" section. If you need help determining

You have entered an incorrect email address, '(e-mail address removed)'
apparently does not exist, check for the correct spelling of the address.
 
I have the same problem. I did all of that and even my email service provider
can't help' I can receive emails.
