CANT SEND

I don't know what i should try next, Dell was no help they spent 4hrs off/on
and emails back and forth and i'm no further ahead. I cannot get emails to
send they stay in outbox and i get an error saying can't send.

Please copy and paste the complete exact error message in your reply.
Also tell us the name of your Internet Service Provider (ISP).

Have you tried these instructions? They were written for Outlook Express
but should also work under Windows Mail.

If this isn't enough, what happens when you try to delete the oldest message
in the Outbox, or move it to the Drafts folder?

We also often need to see the entire error message to offer much help.

Apply this fix and then delete everything in the Outbox:
Messages may be stuck in the Outbox when you use Windows Mail on a computer
that is running Windows Vista

It also works on other folders.

If that doesn't fix it please tell us the entire error message.
