Can't send

All of a sudden I can't get a box to reply to emails. When I hit replay I
get an empty box, I mean totally empty, no address fields, nothing, just a
big square box that I can see through. It just started happening a day or so
ago.
Any thoughts?
 
I use McAfee. I did reboot my computer and everything was ok, but this is
not the first time this has happened.

McAfee, Norton, and Trend antivirus programs cause problems in
Windows Mail. Keep any of them installed, and problems are
likely to come back.

Windows Mail is not compatible with most McAfee and
Norton security programs. Those will need to be uninstalled,
not just disabled.

After uninstalling your non-compatible antivirus, download
and install a more compatible antivirus like the free Avast:

Even compatible antivirus programs will need to have their
