cant send windows mail

I have an account and use windows mail at home on dial up, now on the road i
cant send my mail I get this error An unknown error has occurred. Protocol:
SMTP, Port: 0, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800C006C. please help??? matt

You are using a different ISP that doesn't allow any but their own SMTP
server on poet 25. See if your email service allows a different port or
else use its Web mail.

Although sending while away from home can be problematic (due to
the port 25 block issue), that does not appear to be your immediate
problem. The "Port: 0" part of the error almost always indicates interference
from a non-compatible antivirus program. Which antivirus are you running?
As a minimum, email scanning in the antivirus must be turned off,
although that may not be sufficient to eliminate all bad effects.
