cant send web page by email

need help
whenever i try to send a web page by email i get a
message saying that the form cannot be displayed please
contact your administrator.
any help would de appreciated
 
Contact your administrator (talk to yourself if necessary).
You computer or network has a security or media setting that
is blocking email attachments.
Try selecting the webpage (edit/select all) and paste it
into an email and see if that works.
