can't Send or Receive since upgrade to att.yahoo.com reported err.

ATT.net insisted I upgrade my email to, pop.att.yahoo.com and now cannot send
or receive in Outlook ,Office xp error 0x8004210b, their sight says it's a
Microsoft problem, I've resd most of the Q&A here but none of them work for
me!! HELP
