Can't' send mal...

I keep receiving this message after I try to send email. Please any advice?

Port 25 and SSL are seldom used on the same mail server. Check if you have
the
correct settings:

If this doesn't help, you may have to remove this account under Windows
Mail,
then restart Windows Mail and add the account again to make sure you have
any settings they didn't mention because the default values for new accounts
are the correct value.
