Here is the error - help!

Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for
this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of
inactivity. Subject 'Latest lesson', Account: 'pop.phnx.qwest.net', Server:
'pop.phnx.qwest.net', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Error
Number: 0x800CCC0F

Took out the email in question (placed in temporary file outside of outbox)
and got the same error.

The only thing I can think of is that we have 509 messages in sent file -
could it be a memory issue?

You have the wrong server listed for outgoing messages. Contact Qwest.

No patch exists for this type of problem, it has nothing to do with the size
of your sent folder.
Have you ever been able to send out mail?
Can you connect to web sites?
Check out your settings as described here>

HTH?

At first glance it looked like the server name is wrong, because
outgoing mail servers seldom contain 'pop' in the name. However,
Qwest seems to be an exception:

It is confusing that Qwest seems to have three different kinds of
email service, so be sure you are set up for the correct one:

Which antivirus are you running? Some of them are not compatible
with Windows Mail.
