Cant send email

I am able to receive emails, but cannot send them now. Here is the message I
get.

Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for
this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of
inactivity. Subject 'Re: Strip', Account: 'Home E-Mail', Server:
'SMTP.comcast.net', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error:
10053, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F
 
Also, It's not an antivirus program conflict, as I have checked that. I
didn't have this problem last night, but do today. I have restarted the
computer, etc. to no avail.
 
Thank you so much for this help. It is exactly what needed to be done to fix
my sending email issue.
