Cant send Emails

was working great with out a problem but this weekend I went to send an email
and everytime i sent it it would say that it failed. Any clues on to what
went wrong or tipis on anything to look for? Thanks

Hard to say without more details. Do you get an error message when
you try to send? If so, right-click on your error message, copy, then paste
it into a reply here.
We can't do much troubleshooting without the complete error message.

The connection to the server has failed. Subject 'hey', Account: 'imap.us.army.mil', Server: 'imap.us.army.mil', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): Yes, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

Disable you Anti Virus email scanning. Since you did not mention which Anti Virus
you are using it is best that you uninstall your Anti Virus and then re-install it
without the email integration(scanning)

Paula posted that her email worked great up to last weekend. So why would her
present setup be wrong when she stated " was working great with out a problem but
this weekend "

I don't know, but the first step in resolving any email issue is to
make sure one is using the latest settings specified by the provider.
Providers sometimes support optional undocumented settings for
a while, but they have no compunction when it comes to suddenly
dropping support for undocumented settings.
For example, Comcast's port 25 worked fine for a long time, and
even after their website began recommending port 587, port 25
continued to work for a long time, but as you well know, Comcast
suddenly began dropping all support for port 25.
