can't send email from one account

I have various email addresses. I can send emails from them except for 1,
from which I can receive messages but I can't send them anymore. Have checked
everthing and it seems all ok. Have just been on the phone with a BTadvisor
and they tried various things and still it doesn't work. This is the message:

Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for
this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of
inactivity. Account: 'Mardirect', Server: 'mail.btinternet.com', Protocol:
POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F

The BT advisor - advised me to delete Windows Mail and re-install it. But
I'll lose all my emails and folders.

I can't understand why it only does it on one email address.

Then never trust a BT "advisor" again - you CAN'T delete Windows Mail AFAIK,
there's no way of doing it.
 
You say you can't send, yet the error message you gave us is a
receive failure. Please post the appropriate error message.

Are the other accounts you are able to send from also
btinternet accounts?
