cant send email as its asking for contact name

I keep tryng to send an email but it goes thru the spell check then follows
by saying add contact name could not be found..which is preventing me from
sending it..someone please help me as am about to screammmm!!

When there are problems with the contacts, you often need to start Windows
Mail, then click Tools, then Windows Contacts, then right click in the empty
space under the right end of the toolbar in the Contacts window, then click
on
Customize This Folder then the triangle after the folder type, then
Contacts,
then Apply, then OK, then close the Contacts window.
