When on a web page, if there is an e-mail address listed there for the reader to contact the author etc. the computer will not allow its use. When the address is clicked on, I get a message saying the requested memory cannot be found and the computer freezes up. The only action that can be accomplished is to shut the computer off and start over without properly closing opened applications or properly shutting off the computer. Does anybody else encounter this problem, and if so do you know the solution. Thanks Rob
