I cannot get a contact to appear when I hit the "To" button on my Windows
Mail program. It was working fine earlier. Any suggestions?

The list it gets addresses from when you hit To is not the Contacts list,
it is a separate list of addresses you sent the last 29 messages to. If
you didn't send them a message in the last 29, they won't appear.

If you want to see the whole Contacts list instead, start a message,
and in the new message box, click on Tools and then Select Recipients.

uh, Robert, you're talking about the auto-complete...where you just start
typing an email address..
Clicking on the To: button should bring up a box with all the contacts and
groups in it.

What Dave says is my problem. Clicking the "To" Button brings up a warning of
unable to choose recipient.

I don't know what's causing that.
Can you open the Contacts folder, and right-click on a contact, select
Action - Send email
