I have downloaded the "Windows desktop search" and when it gets to the screen
with the eula (where you usually check a box that say" I agree" is) the
writing is off the right side of the page and there is nowhere to select i
agree, and it won't let me click "next". Please help!!!!

I suspect your screen resolution is set too low to display the entire window
here is how to fix it..

Click Start > Control panel > appearance and themes > Display > Settings tab
at top > Under Screen Resolution click and drag the slider to the right until
it says atleast 800x600 (I prefer 1024x768) > click apply and ok your screen
should fit more on it now. Good Luck

I tried both resolutions and it still shows up like that. Not everything is
that way just the update. I've tried to redownload it and try it again but
it's still the same.

You can use Alt-TAB to give the EULA box focus. It should by
default be at the point where a Space bar press will tic the check
box for accept. Then just press the Enter Key.

Does the update take up the whole screen?? If it doesn't then try clicking
and holding on the top bar of the window and dragging it until you can see
what you need to see. Also if there is nowhere to drag it you can right
click it in the taskbar at the bottom and select move it will automatically
place your mouse on it with a cross of arrows just click and drag until it
shows up correctly. Good Luck
