cant see the picture

can anyone help me when i go on some websites where there
is pictures there not there . there is just a x in the
corner can anyone tell me how to fix that
 
Clear the IE cache. I.E./Tools/Options/General/Delete files (and delete
offline content.) It's often recommended that the Temporary Internet Files
(folder) be kept at
40-50 MB. Bigger isn't necessarily better.
