Can't see the object explorer

I have an Access 2007 application that opens without the All Access
Objects/Navagation Pane on the left sidebar, so I can't see tables, queries
etc.

Is there a hotkey or setting that allows me to open it with this present ?

That's controlled by a startup option.

Does pressing F11 display the navigation pane?
