Cant see pics .. i see a box with a X

on some web sites i cant see pics. i see a box with a red x in the corner.
and i tryed java and everything styll wont work ... What do i do????

Take a peek here, it's a lot to wade through but it usually resolves most
people's problems. Either that or they give up and don't bother posting back
after going through this.
