Hi all,

Running Word 2002 with no problems.

The only issue is that when someone sends me a document with any image (such
as a logo), I see the rectangle that holds the image, but I don't see the
image itself. The only way I can see the image is if I do a Print Preview or
actually print it.

I have looked through all the settings but can't see anything that stops it
from showing.

Any suggestions?

thanks
Nate

Outlook 2003 turns off images by default. To turn them
back on:

1. From the Tools menu, select Options
2. Click the Security tab
3. Click the Change Automatic Download settings button
under "download pictures"
4. Uncheck the "Don't download pictures..." box to allow
all images to show or one of the other boxes to allow some
pictures to show.
5. Click OK however many times it takes to close the
dialog box
