Can't see blue text in reply

I received a reply that had blue text (responses) in it, but I can't see the blue text. The responder had simply retyped her response over my question, duplicating my original text, so the blue text was the only clue as to what she wrote!

What do you mean that you can't see the blue text?

If you are sure the text is there press Reply and use Format-> Plain Text
to remove all formatting from the message and reveal any "hidden" text.
