Can't scrool down properly

Last Sunday I reinstalled Win xp and everything went fine until Monday. I now
can't scroll down properly all the pages are all wobbly and draging leaves
shadows behind eveything. The secound thing is that I have lost the abbility
to put my computer on stand by It was working fine until I reinstalled Win
xp. I have gone to power options but nothing is there about hybernation or
putting my computer on stand by. please help as I dont really no much about
computers and how to fix problems. many thanx.

Try reinstalling your videocard drivers. Get the latest drivers from the
device mftr.'s website, not Windows Update. If you are using a
specialized mouse (Intellimouse, Logitech, etc.) then reinstall the
mouse drivers, also from the mftr.'s website. Do one driver
installation at a time and test afterwards.
