Can't scroll down in word document or in e-mail, returns to top

Suddenly in word (including e-mail editor) I cannot scroll down in a document
or an e-mail. When I click in the document and move down to the bottom of the
document, it keeps resetting to the top. Anyone know how to reset this? Did I
reset a feature in Word?
 
Better start this question in a Word newsgroup. Don't forget to tell them
the version you are using and what you changed since "suddenly" and when
"suddenly" started.
