All of a sudden, when ever I try to right-click and save images from a web
page.......they only save as an "Untitled" Bitmap image. In the past, they
have always been automatically saved as a JPEG along with the "title" of the
picture.

What's going on? I'm using Internet Explorer.

Empty out your Temporary Internet Files. It's in... heck, in the menu or in
Internet Options. Haven't used IE in a long time...

Thanks people, I remember now. The same thing happened years ago, but I
forgot about the solution. Works fine now.

This happens if the indexes of the Temporary Internet Files get
overloaded. In Control Panel - Internet Options, in the temporary
internet files section on the General page, click 'Delete files'. Then
I suggest click Settings and reduce the space allowed - 50 MB is
probably generous, and on big drives it tends to choose by default a
setting that is so high that this overload happens
