Can't Save As .gif

When I right click on a .gif file that has been sent to me in Outlook 2003 I
only have the option to save as .bmp. If I then sent the E-mail to myself
and open with Outlook Express I have the option to save as .gif or .bmp when
it is right clicked. What do I have set wrong in Outlook 2003?
