cant run multiple windows.

My subject explains it, i cannot open 2 windows of the same program because
the first one closes.
ex) i open one window of IE and then open another one. The first one
dissappers and is replaced by the second one.
If anybody could give me tips on this I would greatly appreciate it. :)
 
Try this, go to Internet Options>Advance tab>scroll down to, and place a
check next to 'Reuse Windows for Launching Shortcuts'.
 
NO its with all my files and folders. And that internet options thing didnt
fix it. Thanks for trying though. Do you guys have any other ideas?
 
I have the same problem but only for one user out of 4. Must be a user
specific setting in windows. Pop up windows like this reply windows works fine
