can't run activation wizard

I tried msoobe.exe but didn't run.. i can't find any
icon ..i tried by phone and it asked me to enter 6 digits
of my ID number which is only 5 in my product .. please
tell me how to run this activation wizard..thanks

Go to Start
Select:Run
Now type in: oobe/msoobe /a
Press Enter
(note the space between the e /a

One of these programs will tell you what your product key is
