can't retrive messages

I am new user of Windos Mail. I have set up my Yahoo Mail account in Windows
Mail but when I try to retrive my mail it shows th following message
"The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'Mail', Server:
'pop.mail.yahoo.co.in', Protocol: POP3, Port: 995, Secure(SSL): Yes, Socket
Error: 10061, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E"

I don't know if it applies to your country's Yahoo accounts, but for the US
Yahoo accounts, you either need to pay extra or install YPOPs.
