When I try to connect to our exchange server I encountered this error message:

"The name could not be resolve. The name could not be matched to a name in
the address list"

But in the server all the address of the users exist. Please advice

Thanks

Version of Outlook? When exactly do you get this message? When you are
composing a message, open Outlook or when you configure Outlook for an
Exchange account

Tips of the month:
-What do the Outlook Icons Mean?
-Create an Office 2003 CD slipstreamed with Service Pack 1

I'm using Outlook 2003 other users used 2000. I encountered this error
message when configuring outlook for an exchange account. Thanks for the
quick reply and hope to hear again from you soon

Outlook 2003 conects by FQDN. Can you ping the server by it's FQDN? If not
make sure the DNS settings on the workstation, Exchange server and DNS
server are correct.
