can't reply and forwarding the mail

Dear Mr and Mrs,

I can't reply and forwarding the mail in outlook.

What can I do to send a mail to sender as a reply or forwarding.

Only just writing and sending is possbile.

I saw following message when I used the reply or forwarding funtion.

"550 relaying mail to xxxxx.com is not allowed"

I have had the same problem with forwarding e-mail. Selecting "my server
requires authntication" resolved the problem as suggested in the reference.
