Hi,

I am having problems trying to 'Reply all' and send an email to some
individual emails too. THis is the error i get:

The message could not be sent. The authentication setting might not be
correct for your outgoing e-mail [SMTP] server. For help solving this
problem, go to Help, search for "Troubleshoot Windows Mail", and read the
"I'm having problems sending e-mail" section. If you need help determining
the proper server settings, please contact your e-mail service provider.

The rejected e-mail address was ''(e-mail address removed)''. Subject 'Re: Corfu
educational 22-25 April 2009', Account: 'mail.hotel-hotel-hotel.co.uk',
Server: 'mail.hotel-hotel-hotel.co.uk', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '501
<'(e-mail address removed)'>: malformed address: '> may not follow
<'(e-mail address removed)', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 501, Error
Number: 0x800CCC79

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Thanks

Steve

You may have an illegal character in that email address.
Do you get the same error message when sending to other recipients?

Thanks but that is not the problem. I have spoken to my hosts and they are
saying this:

not really this end as its the other end that is bouncing it back, I did an
abuse check via this link

http://www.anti-abuse.org/checkrbl.php?host=tltg.co.uk&submit.x=0&submit.y=0

and it seems that you account listed in a blacklist

tltg.co.uk is listed in blacklist.spambag.org

you need to contact them and get the site removed from their list really

I just cant find the website to get cleared. Any ideas?

Thanks
