Can't receive new emails

One of the computers in our office (running Outlook 2003
with Windows 2000 Pro) cannot receive emails from our
ISP's pop server. It sends emails just fine. There is no
problem with the Internet connection on that computer.
We've disabled the virus scanner (McAfee) and the problem
remains. We've talked to our ISP, they have no idea
what's going on. No other computer has this problem.

Any guidance will greatly be appreciated.
